Things to strive for...

I've been following the Wednesday Chef's blog for about 6 months now. I always like to see what she's cooking up every week. So the other day she made a post not on a new recipe, but about some life goals that she would like to accomplish. Since I read that I've been inspired to come up with my own list. Here goes:

.|. Teach English abroad
.|. Become fluent in Spanish
.|. Sew a dress
.|. Walk in the AIDS Walk New York
.|. Move to the West coast (within the next 4 years)
.|. Make the 4 day hike to Macchu Picchu
.|. Travel to Istanbul to see the Hagia Sofia
.|. Make my own soap
.|. Take yoga classes
.|. Drive cross country
.|. Go back to India
.|. Buy a Kayak and actually use it!
.|. Learn to Salsa
.|. Write a short story
.|. Get a Master's degree (in what??)
.|. Take a pottery class
.|. Go to the Bonnaroo music festival
.|. Grow my own vegetables
.|. Live and work on an organic farm for at least one month
.|. Sit underneath a baobab tree in Madagascar
.|. Bake my own bread

In other news... I finished another bag yesterday:

This one is for my aunt's sister-in-law. I don't think that I'm going to make this bag again. It was such a pain in the ass. I need to have a go at other types of projects anyway. For more pictures go here .

Jess, that was really awesome. Very inspiring that you made a list of your life goals! That's got me wanting to make a list of my own at some point. I think we were talking about that on one of our rendezvous' at some point. Like a three year plan or something, right?

Anyway, awesome post Jess :) Oh babaaaaaaaaa...
